Monica Talbot is a Virginia-licensed esthetician and the founder of The Skin Sanctuary Co in Chesapeake. She built the studio around a particular kind of beauty — soft, low-maintenance, and quietly intentional — with the Korean lash lift, considered brow work, and refined waxing at its heart.
